This licence applies to the Squillify Chart Runtime. It supplements the agreement that authorises the customer to access and use Squillify.

For this licence, “Squillify” means Etalyon Sàrl-S. The bundled LICENSE-runtime.txt identified by the digest in this document's metadata is the canonical runtime licence. The terms below restate that bundled licence. Separately distributed font files and other third-party materials remain subject to their accompanying licences.

1. Scope

This licence governs the Squillify Chart Runtime JavaScript and structural CSS (the Runtime). It does not govern separately distributed font files or other third-party materials, which remain subject to their accompanying licences.

2. Limited licence

Subject to continued authorisation to use the Squillify service, Squillify grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to download, execute, cache, and self-host exact copies of the Runtime solely to render and operate chart artefacts lawfully obtained from Squillify. You may make internal backup and cache copies required for that permitted use.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

1. modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or remove notices from the Runtime;
2. distribute, publish, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise make the Runtime available as a standalone product or service;
3. use the Runtime to render or operate chart artefacts not obtained from Squillify;
4. bypass authentication, authorisation, integrity verification, metering, or other technical restrictions associated with delivery or use of the Runtime; or
5. reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Runtime, except only to the extent that applicable law expressly prohibits this restriction.

No source-code delivery, modification, redistribution, patent, or trademark right is granted. Possession of readable JavaScript does not expand the licence granted above.

4. Ownership

The Runtime is licensed, not sold. Squillify and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Runtime. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Termination

This licence terminates automatically if you breach its terms or cease to be authorised to use the Squillify service. On termination, you must stop using the Runtime and delete all copies, except copies retained solely where applicable law requires retention.

6. Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE RUNTIME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SQUILLIFY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE RUNTIME, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Entire runtime licence

This text is the complete licence for the Runtime unless a separate written agreement signed by Squillify expressly replaces it. If that agreement conflicts with this licence, the signed agreement controls.
