Parse Stacktrace

code.parse_stacktrace

ProductionBounded custom (Class B)Deterministicbest-effortfastv1.0.0
No network

Overview

When you paste a crash stack trace, we parse frames for Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, .NET, Ruby, and PHP into structured fields. We report only syntax present in the submitted trace. We never execute code, fetch source, infer a cause or diagnose the failure.

Stack traces are noisy text. We turn them into structured frames so your downstream steps can reason reliably.

Reliability

Frame parsing is deterministic and grammar-based. Unsupported or truncated syntax may produce partial or empty frames. Oversized input throws SIZE_LIMIT_EXCEEDED — shorten the trace before retrying.

Context footprint

Returns language, exception fields and bounded frames only. A successful call costs 1 execution credit.

When to use it

When you have raw trace text and need structured frames.

When you need root-cause analysis or remediation advice.

Scope

Note
Parses stack traces into structured headers and frames.

Non-goals

  • Does not execute code
  • Does not fetch source
  • Does not infer or diagnose root cause

How we handle your data

Sensitive input, safe output
What this means

This skill may receive sensitive content, but it does not target sensitive data and returns only a structured non-sensitive result.

Squillify guarantees
  • Runs inside Squillify
  • This skill runs inside Squillify.
  • Payloads are not sent to an external service by this skill.
  • Squillify does not permanently store submitted payloads.
  • Telemetry records metadata only, not submitted content.
  • Submitted payloads are not used for training.
  • Submitted payloads are not reviewed by humans.
  • This skill does not target sensitive data.
  • The response does not contain submitted content.
Your responsibility

Squillify does not determine whether submitted content is sensitive. Your application is responsible for deciding what data it is allowed to submit. Your application is responsible for securing the response.

  • Structure a stack trace before triage
  • Extract frames for logging or ticket attachment
  • Pre-process crashes for downstream analysis

Composable with

Safety & privacy

  • Runs without calling any external service.
  • Your payloads are never stored permanently.
  • Telemetry captures metadata only — never your payload contents.
  • We never train models on your payloads.
  • No human reviews your payloads.
